Our Cloud is built on the best hardware. The central storage is composed of Dell Equallogic systems which are certified for VMWare Cloud Hosting. The worker nodes are multiple Quad Core servers from Dell, optimised for VMWare virtualization. The network is constructed with Cisco switches and linked to the Nucleus backbone via Junipers.
Security comes first.
Nucleus has housed its server park in 3 independent data centers. Antwerp, Vilvoorde and Diegem. Security is the number one concern in the physical construction of the centers.

All data centers are connected to totally independent networks, in each case with several uplinks. In this way we can offer a failover to our customers which is unparalleled in Belgium. We guarantee an uptime of 99.97% in each of our data centers.
Brussels
In Brussels we are linked directly to the Scarlet network. Scarletīs IP Backbone is directly and redundantly linked with international Tier-1 parties who guarantee high quality.
Antwerp & Diegem
In Antwerp and Diegem we have our own redundant network with direct uplinks to the TI.net, Intico and GlobalCrossing network. Thus there are direct connections with BNIX(be), FreeBix(be), AmsIX(nl), Lipex(uk), Limbex(nl), Free-IX(fr), Parix(fr) and DE-CIX(de).
Naturally all networks are linked to a large number of international transit connections.
